The Fun way to Workout!

What is Cardio Tennis?

Cardio Tennis is a fun, new, group activity featuring drills to give players of all levels of ability an ultimate, high energy workout.

If you want a great new way to get in shape and burn calories, You must try Cardio Tennis.

How it works:

Polar heart rate monitors are used to advise you of your current heart rate and notify you when you exceed or drop below your optimum cardio zone. Click the video on the right for more details. (Coming Soon)

We offer 4 classes per week.

You don't need to have any tennis experience to participate in this class.

Classes are 1 hour in length and consist of feeding drills, footwork ladder, and game based drills.

Class Schedule:

There will be no cardio tennis classes from August 13th - 30th

Fall 2009 (Starting August 31st)

Monday 11:30 - 12:30 PM

Tuesday 7:00 - 8:00 PM

Wednesday 11:30 - 12:30 PM

Saturday 8:00 - 9:00 AM

All Classes cost $10 each or you can purchase a punch card for $80 and it is good for 10 Classes. Stop by the front desk today to purchase your card!
